The Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. brands are working separately and collaboratively to produce quality, highly efficient and durable products to provide heating and water heating solutions to the US. Provide engineering support to the assigned Product Category. Communicate with key stakeholders including Bosch TT Development Teams, Sales teams, and customers to understand needs, documentation required, testing and expenses. Promote the company and products within the industry. Goals and objectives are tied to the overall success of meeting revenue objectives. Support the development of strategic marketing plans with Product Marketing/Management for category through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning. Work closely with Product Business Unit leader to meet team objectives. Job Duties & Responsibilities: New Products Support development of new products from ideation through defining the product specification based on market need and coordination with the international cross functional program team and International Product Management. Communicate with Bosch Project Team; Research & Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, local commercialization team, and customers on designs, specifications, materials, drawings, and testing to facilitate projects from their initial stage through to Delivery Release. Job Requirements :
Qualifications: B.S. degree in applicable field Minimum 7 years in related product industry Experience in the ability to identify and design various hydronic engineering solutions Experience in application engineering experience: Layouts, Controls, Systems, Solar. Experience in developing proposals Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office including Project Manager, Powerpoint software tools. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proven experience working as a member of a cross-functional team on new product introductions and system integrations. Ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels through written, electronic and verbal media Track record of successful execution. Project management experience. Qualifications Preferred: 1.
